Air2O is a global leader in advanced thermal management solutions particularly suited to the HVACD requirements for large-scale mission critical facilities, including data centers, semiconductor and lithium battery production environments, and indoor agriculture. With custom build capabilities and advanced, sustainable technologies, Air2O delivers the most efficient and optimal solutions for clients around the world. Notably, we are the sole manufacturer of low dew point HVACD applications in the state of Arizona.

Our vision is to see the world maximize the use of energy-efficient techniques and sustainable resources within all thermal management applications. Together, we can minimize or remove the reliance on carbon-depleting technologies for the benefit of the environment and future generations.

Our mission is to grow and be recognized as the world’s premier custom-engineered thermal management solutions company. As responsible citizens of this planet, we recognize the huge role we can play be supporting and educating engineers around the world on how to maximize energy efficiency and sustainability by design. As important, we want to be known for our global educational programs for all our employees.

Leadership

Michael Sullivan, CEO / Co-Founder
Mike has more than 25 years of experience in delivering innovative cooling solutions. Mike is the co-founder and owner of Cosaf Environments, a company he started with his father and brother in the early 1990’s, which is still thriving today. In addition to launching other industry revolutionary products such as Gatorduct, Mike has negotiated and managed hundreds of commercial contracts across the globe, and is now focused on building Air2O into a global cooling innovator from Air2O’s new corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

Moe steers the technology direction of the company. Moe is also an HVAC instructor at San Joaquin State College, Institute of Technology, and the President and Founder of “It’s your Dream”, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting San Joaquin valley residents to realizing their dream of becoming the next great American entrepreneur.

Tom Sullivan
Tom attended School of electronic and aeronautical engineering (SEAE) - Arborfield. He served in the British Army for 7 years as an electrical engineer. In 2014 he joined the organization as a senior project engineer and became director of operations 4 years later. Tom was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.

Tony Josifek, CFO
Tony is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years accounting and financial management experience in the aerospace, packaging and CPG manufacturing industries and global brands such as Hefty, Monroe, Winston Brands, Honeywell and Boulder Canyon. In addition, Tony is a CPA and advised clients from start-up to multinational corporations during his time with an international accounting firm and as owner of an accounting and consulting firm. Tony has implemented or advised on dozens of mergers and acquisitions, including two valued at over $1B.

Steve Edwards, Global Director Business Development
Steven Edwards joined us in December 2022 as Global Director of Business Development. Steven has worked in our thermal management arena for a variety of companies located overseas and in the US. He brings a vast amount of global experience and expertise to the organization and will be instrumental in driving growth within our targeted markets in the years to come.

Joel Jenning
Originally from southern California, my family moved to northern Montana when I was ten. I worked at a prison for two years, before becoming a Deputy Sheriff for five years. In 2005, my wife and I moved up to Canada, where I received my degree from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, for my Journeyman Electrician License. In 2010, I became the Production Director for an air handling manufacturer in Calgary, Alberta. Through a mutual acquaintance, I was introduced to Mike and Tom Sullivan. After a visit to Arizona and speaking with both of them, I knew this was the place I needed to be. In April of 2021, we sold everything and made the trip down to Phoenix, to become the Production Director for Air2O.

I joined Air2O in 2021 as technical director. Prior to Air2O I work in Zamil Air Conditioners – one of the largest Ac manufacturers in the middle east- for 17 years before moving to US in September 2021. During my tenure in Zamil I handled different positions starting from application engineer all the way to regional manager. I’m graduate of Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) – best engineering university in Jordan – where I majored in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. 10 years later found myself ready to handle further responsibility to lead a team of engineers, thus I start looking for MBA school and graduate of University of Strathclyde – 1st UK business school – where I majored MBA in 2015. I currently live in Houston and Phoenix, when I’m not keeping busy with work or family, you can find me either in the nearest swimming pool or hookah lounge.
