2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

We supplied 150 hybrid air conditioning units for the World Cup’s fan zone and installed 5,000 of its custom-designed jet nozzle diffusers to distribute cool air throughout the stadiums. We also embedded 25,000 diffusers designed using 3D printers underneath the stadium’s seats to maintain comfortable temperatures for spectators

Bolton Fields project in Columbus, Ohio.

Bolton Fields is a large cultivation project that we recently delivered in Columbus, Ohio. It consists of a variety of 40 water-cooled indoor vertical orientation units and 2 outdoor fluid coolers. One of the main reasons we were successful on this project was our ability to design the units that could specifically fit in a space-restricted area purposed for the mechanical equipment placement.

San Jose Sharks – National Hockey League

We are providing the desiccant dehumidification to the San Jose Sharks ice hockey arena. Air2O supplied two units approx.. 36,000cfm fully packaged refrigeration system, desiccant dehumidification wheel and direct gas fired re-heat.

Dehumidification in an ice rink is important to keep the ice dry while thousands of spectators watch the game.

Air2O is the only desiccant dehumidification manufacturer in the state of Arizona. With the growth of the Battery and Semiconductor industries in Arizona, we are excited about delivering more successful low due point solutions.

King Fahd Causeway

We are now cooling the outdoor customs and passport control area on the bridge between Saudi Arabia and the island of Bahrain. The 16 mile bridge crosses the Gulf of Bahrain. We achieved about 73/74 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of July when the outdoor temperature is 114 degrees, by providing 18 of our 35,000cfm flagship Hybrid cooling units.

Southwest Airlines Project

Recently, we designed and installed 8 of our advanced evaporative cooling technology units which are being used to cool the new hangers for Southwest airlines at Sky Harbor in the most efficient and sustainable manner. The K CORP crane is shown delivering the 24,200 lbs each units gently on the roof.

Indoor Agriculture

Air2O is proud to announce a successful completion of an HVACD equipment installation at a cannabis cultivation facility in North California. The retrofit project presented a number of challenges posed by the existing Bryant units. To replace under performing equipment, Air2Oskillfully designed rooftop systems within the requested size envelope while meeting the design conditions and addressing roof load limitations.
Thirty 18-ton units are servicing 30 individual flower rooms with a total of 22,000 sf canopy coverage area.

Every project presents a unique opportunity for Air2O to establish itself as the leading provider of custom build HVACD systems for the Indoor Agriculture sector.

This little dehumidifier unit, takes the outside air and pushing it to feed a vacuum based pneumatic transfer of minor powdered ingredients after dehumidifying the outside air down to 45 degrees dew point.

The unit is now part of Trane Mars factory in Mattoon, Illinois (in the middle of the state), one of the biggest of its kind taking in more than 500 tons of corn A DAY!!! Producing variable food products. Illinois is growing $19 billion worth of corn every year...we now I know where corn probably comes from.
